About Us

The FKK Group is located in Samsun. As a family business, the company was founded in 1957 by the brothers Tayyip Altuncu and Ahmet Avni Altuncu. Since its foundation, the FKK Group is among the major spare part manufacturers for automotive, mining, maritime, industry and mining markets worldwide. Today, the company is managed by the second- and third-generation of the Altuncu family. FKK Group has a total of four production plants, two in Samsun, one in Çorum and one in Istanbul and marketing offices in Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir that offer fast and result-oriented solutions to its customers. The FKK Group supplies a wide spectrum of world-class products including suspension bump stops for the automotive industry, rubber mill linings for the mining industry, dock fenders for the maritime industry, Vulkollan® & rubber Seydel rollers and forklift tires for the textile industry and bridge bearings for the construction industry. The company stands for “excellent quality, the best price and a fast delivery”. These principles turned our company into a global industry exporting its products to 55 countries worldwide. Our long-term marketing strategy is to extend our exports to 196 countries and represent our country on the global market. Our vision is to become the most reliable and leading spare part supplier worldwide.

    Production processes for the automotive industry were started. 60 years ago

  • 1966

    FKK turned into an unlimited company. 59 years ago

  • 1967

    The company reached an annual production capacity of 1,000,000 parts. 58 years ago

  • 1973

    The company started to manufacture parts for the construction industry. 52 years ago

  • 1977

    FKK turned into a joint stock company. 48 years ago

  • 1978

    The Aegean Marketing Company was included to FKK. 47 years ago

  • 1979

    The company started to manufacture parts for the oil industry. The company started to manufacture parts for the textile industry and became the first company to receive a TSE Certificate in this sector. 46 years ago

  • The technological collaboration with BAYER started and the FKK company became authorized to manufacture parts made of Vulkollan®. 46 years ago

  • 1980

    The South Marketing Company became part of the FKK company. 45 years ago

  • 1981

    The Vulkollan Profile and Tubing Company was included to FKK. 44 years ago

  • 1982

    The Black Sea Marketing Company became part of the FKK company. 43 years ago

  • 1985

    A major breakthrough in export: 3,800,000 USD. 40 years ago

  • 1986

    The TSE 4709 standard was first applied on the company process. 39 years ago

  • 1989

    The company started to manufacture parts for the mining industry. 36 years ago

  • 1993

    The Marmara Marketing Company became part of the FKK company. 32 years ago

  • Samsun’s first state-of-the-art rubber plant was inaugurated. 32 years ago
